Positie verlichting voor led koplampen Scania 2016 next gen diverse kleuren

Speciale emitter ontwikkeld voor Scania +2016 met LED-koplampen.
30 heldere LED’s verlichten de koplampreflector volledig, wat een heel bijzonder en stijlvol effect geeft.

Het monteren van de emitter is eenvoudig, maar als u niet zeker bent, raadpleeg dan een professional.
De enige blijvende verandering in de koplamp is een enkel gaatje, dat eenvoudig weer dicht te maken is. De verlichting worden in de koplamp gemonteerd en met twee bestaande schroeven vastgezet.

– Er zijn twee schroeven bij de deuren, die de koplampen op hun plaats houden. Draai deze los, waarna de koplamp naar de zijkant kan worden gezwenkt.

– Bovenop de koplamp zit een grote kap, die losgemaakt en verwijderd kan worden. Onder de kap zit een groot koellichaam.

– De twee voorste schroeven op het koellichaam worden losgemaakt en verwijderd.

– Duw de emitter zijwaarts in de koplamp zodat de twee tappen in de gaten in het koellichaam passen. Het is belangrijk dat de emitter boven de reflector wordt geplaatst. U zou de zender in de koplamp niet moeten kunnen zien wanneer deze is gemonteerd.

– De twee schroeven worden door de emitters in de koellichamen bevestigd.

– We raden aan om een ​​gat in de achterplaat van de lamp te boren om de draad door te voeren.

 

 

We has developed these emitters especially for Scania +2016 with  LED headlights. A total of 30 bright LEDs completely lights up the reflector, which creates a very special effect in an otherwise dark headlight. They are available with xenon white, yellow or warm white light.

They are a great addition to any Scania headlights, regardless if you have standard white, yellow or warm white DRL.

Mounting them is easy, and the only permanent change in the headlight is a single hole, that is easily closed again. The emitters are mounted inside the headlight, and fastened with two existing screws.

There is 3 meter wire on each emitter, that can be connected to the existing position light / marking light.

Mounting

There are two screws near the doors, that hold the headlights in place. They are loosened, where after the headlight can be swung to the side.

On top of the headlight is a large cap, that can be loosened and removed. Under the cap is a large heatsink.

The two front screws on the heatsink are loosened and removed.

Push the emitter sideways in to the headlight so that the two taps fits the holes in the heatsink. It is important that the emitter is placed above the reflector. You should not be able to see the emitter inside the headlight when it is mounted.

The two screws is fastened through the emitters in to the heatsinks.

We recommend that you drill a hole in the back plate of the light for feeding through the wire. Two PG7 cable glands are included, and they fit a 12.5mm hole.

Single color, Yellow/White/Warm white

There is 3 meter wire on each emitter, that can be connected to the regular positionlight. There is a plus and minus wire.

Dual color

There is 3 meter cable on each board. There is one minus and two plus-wires. You should never have both colors turned on, so you need to use a toggle switch to change between the colors.

Dual color + flash

Standard strobecolor is yellow, but it can be customized to eg. blue or white for special purpose vehicles.

There is 6 meter cable on the emitter with M8 connectors, that can be connected to the included controller. The controller manages the two colors, and automatically turn them off when you enable the strobe light. The controller itself has 3 meter wire. The cable has 4 wires:

• Minus
• Plus for white position light
• Plus for yellow position light
• Plus for strobe light

It is necessary to cut the cables with M8 connectors when mounting, so make sure you make the assembly waterproof, and connect the wires to the correct colors.
